Order Processing and Shipping Time

When will my order ship?

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and production.
  • During promotional or sales periods, processing time may take slightly longer.

How long is shipping time?

  • United States: 10-15 business days.
  • Canada: 10-25 business days.
  • Australia: 10-15 business days.

Please note that natural disasters, holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances may cause shipping delays. While most packages arrive on time, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates as delays are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.


Disclaimer

Ownership of packages is transferred to the buyer once they are handed to the shipping carrier. We ensure all packages are in good condition when shipped. However, Merry Holiday is not responsible for delays, lost, held, or damaged packages caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping details, or other delivery errors.

Tracking Your Order

All orders come with a tracking number, which will be sent to your email once your product has been fulfilled. You can track your order using the "Track Your Order" feature on our website. Please note that products may ship from different fulfillment centers depending on availability and sourcing.


Common Issues

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

If you entered an incorrect address, please email us at Info@merryholiday.com immediately. Address changes are only possible before your order is fulfilled. Once the package is shipped, we cannot guarantee modifications.

My package says delivered, but I haven’t received it.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Check around your home and with neighbors or property managers.
  2. Contact your local postal service to verify delivery details.
  3. For U.S. customers, contact your local USPS office (not the hotline) for additional assistance.
  4. International customers should reach out to their local postal and customs offices.

We consider an order successfully delivered if tracking confirms it was delivered to the provided shipping address. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.


Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at Info@merryholiday.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear photo of the damaged product.

We will review your case and assist in resolving the issue.


Order Changes or Cancellations

We strive for a quick turnaround to ensure timely delivery. As such, we cannot guarantee edits or cancellations once an order is placed. If you need to cancel, please email us at Info@merryholiday.com immediately.
