Return and Refund Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return, refund, or exchange.
- Eligibility: Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
Unfortunately, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted if the 15-day window has passed.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 15 days.
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. However, due to our fast processing times, we may not be able to act on your cancellation request before shipment.
- If the order has already been shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may initiate a return or refund request after receiving the item by contacting us at Info@merryholiday.com.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless otherwise advised.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us at Info@merryholiday.com with details and a photo of the issue.
Gifts
- If an item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value.
- If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the purchaser, the refund will go to the gift giver.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund, first check with your financial institution as processing times may vary.

Shipping Information
- Depending on your location, the time it takes to receive an exchanged product may vary.
- Delivery times are estimates provided by shipping carriers, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Refunds or cancellations will not be processed due to transit delays beyond our control.
